1. No Refund Policy
All services and sales are final. Due to the time, labor, and resources involved, no refunds will be issued once work has been performed or parts have been installed.

2. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostics are charged at $75 per problem, not per vehicle.
If your vehicle has more than one issue, each will be diagnosed and billed separately.
This fee covers the use of tools, time, and experience required to pinpoint the issue accurately.

3. Authorized Work Only
Only the work that is contracted and agreed upon in writing will be performed.
Any additional work must be quoted, approved, and added to the service agreement before being started.
Verbal requests will not be honored without written confirmation.

4. Parts & Materials
We provide quality parts that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
Customers may provide their own parts, but no labor warranty will be honored on customer-supplied parts.
U-Turn Automotive is not responsible for defective or incorrect customer-supplied components.

5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and select mobile payment apps (ask for current options).
Unpaid invoices may result in refusal of future service or legal action.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee.

7. Vehicle Access & Work Area
The vehicle and surrounding area must be easily accessible, safe, and free from hazards.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions pose a safety risk to our technicians.

8. Limited Labor Warranty
All labor comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Warranty is void if:
Payment is not made in full
The repair is tampered with by another party
The issue results from unrelated or additional vehicle problems

9. Liability Disclaimer
U-Turn Automotive is not responsible for:
Pre-existing vehicle issues
Future breakdowns unrelated to contracted work
Damage caused by external factors (e.g., weather, accidents, or misuse)
